Pretty much. I like Reich, I think it's a good hire as OC, and if (when?) they move on from Glenn, a good potential replacement to already have in house.
decision to make Bryce Young deal with 5 man protections from day 1, getting the kid crushed from the first drive of the first preseason game? Also, no adjustments after the kid was showing signs of a broken internal clock and zero confidence? It looked like coaching malpractice to me, whether he wanted to coach the kid or not.

barring a miracle Glenn is just keeping the seat warm for the next guy when the Jets get a QB. They'll continue to draft/bolster the foundation this year and a QB in '27.
