A few things can be true at the same time:

1. Nagy wasn't first choice for Harbaugh
2. Nagy's record as HC and OC has some warts
3. There are reasons for optimism based on Reid/Mahomes praise of Nagy
4. The Giants are far better off with the HC/OC combo they have now than they were one year ago.

I wasn't super-enthusiastic about the hire, but not super-disappointed either. I'm very optimistic about the upcoming season. We'll see.

I am so much happier with Nagy than Kingsbury.

I would be so much happier if they can pry Weis Jr. away from LSU to be the QB coach or Asst. OC to eventually grow into the OC role.
